Many people grow in their role through the work of Coaching and/or Mentoring this is about building a relationship of trust with someone who listens and asks questions. The person being coached or mentored can work through issues frpm Character to Performance. Mentoriing tend to focus on the values to behaviours issues wheras Coaching focuses on the behaviour to profits areas but the distinction blurs around the edges.
