Arrowhead Training is about up-skilling the workforce. In order to be ahead of the competition every member of the organisation needs to be fully competent to carry out their roles. And with new technology and working practices always evolving keeping up to date is a never ending challenge. Here at Arrowhead we have experienced consultants who are people development specialists. No more talk and chalk or "death by PowerPoint" but a range of development interventions from mentoring and coaching through seminars to interactive workshops. Something to suit all learning styles.

Coach and Mentoring

Many people grow in their role through the work of Coaching and/or Mentoring this is about building a relationship of trust with someone who listens and asks questions. The person being coached or mentored can work through issues frpm Character to Performance. Mentoriing tend to focus on the values to behaviours issues wheras Coaching focuses on the behaviour to profits areas but the distinction blurs around the edges.
